What Trivarone does, and how
What does a search and AI discoverability check involve?
Two searches are run for the business across five places: Google, Google Maps, Google's AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity. One search is for the business name. The other is for the service the business sells, without the name attached.
The result shows whether the business appears when somebody searches for what it does, rather than only when they already know who it is. The initial check is free and takes the form of a short written summary.
Do I need to learn any software to work with Trivarone?
No. Every deliverable arrives as a finished document, ready to use. There is no platform to log into, no dashboard to check and no subscription to maintain.
Healthcare and allied health clients receive PDFs. Trades and small business clients receive Word documents, so they can edit them directly.
Do you only work with businesses in Brisbane?
No. Everything is produced and delivered digitally, so location is not a constraint on the work. Trivarone is based in Brisbane and works with clients across Australia. Enquiries from outside Australia are welcome and considered individually.
How long does a piece of work take?
A discoverability check is usually returned within a few days. A single article or document typically takes under a week. Larger pieces such as tender submissions and full documentation sets depend on how much source material exists and how quickly questions can be answered.
A timeframe is agreed before work begins. If something will be late, you are told before the deadline rather than after it.

Where the line sits
Can you write content for an AHPRA-registered practice?
Yes. Where advertising restrictions may apply, they are flagged in the draft so the practitioner can confirm the final wording with their professional body before publication.
Trivarone does not determine regulatory compliance and does not provide clinical advice. The practitioner reviews and approves everything before it is published.
Do you write NDIS provider documentation?
Yes. This covers policies, procedures and supporting documents for registration and audit preparation.
Trivarone produces the documents. Whether a provider meets the NDIS Practice Standards is determined by the provider's approved quality auditor, not by Trivarone.
Working together
Ownership and cost
Who owns the work once it is delivered?
You do. Everything produced belongs to the client outright. Trivarone does not brand client documents, does not require attribution, and does not retain rights over the material.
How does Trivarone charge?
Per piece of work, quoted before anything begins, so the figure is known in advance. There are no retainers required to start and no ongoing commitment.
Some clients return regularly. Some commission a single document and never need another. Both are fine.
