Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Prepared in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Trivarone is a sole trader business based in Brisbane, Australia, owned and operated by Pradeep Anandraj. ABN 65 502 768 472.
What is collected
If you use the contact form, Trivarone collects your name, email address, business name, and whatever you write in the message.
If you request the free discoverability check, Trivarone collects your business name, website address, the service you offer, your suburb and your email address. Your name and a note are optional.
If you email or telephone directly, Trivarone holds whatever you choose to provide.
Nothing on this website requires you to create an account, and no payment information is collected here.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records technical information when a page is requested: the pages viewed, the approximate location, the browser and device used, and the site you arrived from.
Trivarone uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records page interactions, which can include mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and produces anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. It masks form fields and does not capture what you type into them. Microsoft states that this information is not used to train its models.
Why it is collected
To respond to your enquiry. To carry out work you have asked for. To understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not.
Nothing collected here is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.
Who else sees it
Trivarone uses services based outside Australia, which means information passes to them.
- Formspree (United States) — processes form submissions, retains a copy, and forwards them by email
- Cloudflare (United States) — hosts this website and holds server logs
- Microsoft (United States) — provides Clarity analytics and the email service used to reply to you
- HubSpot (United States) — holds contact records for people Trivarone is in ongoing conversation with
Trivarone does not sell personal information, and does not share it with anyone beyond the services listed above.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Contact records are kept while the relationship continues. Clarity session data is retained for 90 days.

You may ask what Trivarone holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email pradeep@trivarone.com and you will have a reply within five working days.
